Please take notice that the Annual General Body Meeting of all the members of the Backward Class and Low Income Group Co-operative Group Housing Society Limited (having Registration No. 1504) shall be held on 07th December, 2025 (Sunday) at 11:00 A.M. in the Society Central Parking, Shiva Enclave, A-4, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi – 110063, wherein the issues / agenda as proposed including of activities of the society, maintenance, upkeep, security, parking, consideration of accounts, annual report etc. shall be taken up for consideration and decision.
Further take notice that, if the quorum is not completed at the given time, the provisions as contained in Rule 48 of the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act shall be followed.
You are requested to remain present in the meeting.
Please note :
In order to protect the environment and taking step towards “Go green, because it’s good for environment”, the Audit Report of the Society for the Financial Year 2024-2025 is not being attached herewith in physical form as the same is duly available on the website of the Society (www.shivaenclave.com) and the members can download the same from the society website. The aforesaid Audit Report is also being sent and circulated to all the members through Society Whats App Group “Shiva Enclave Office” along with notice. Apart from above, if any of the member is still desirous of having the hard copy of the Audit Report of the Society for the Financial Year 2024-2025, the member can obtain the same from the Society Office during working hours.
